Madder dye on organic silk, Dimensions Variable
Bags in The Garden series are hand sewn from organic (peace) silk, pigmented with natural dyes, and impregnated with beeswax to give them a plastic-like lightweight appearance. They are displayed on the floor along with real items of debris such as plastic milk jug rings and bits of foil.
