Wooden ribbed-wall with the word ‘Exhale’ written in spray paint underneath top bar. Portable DVD player strapped to the middle of the wall playing a five minute video. The video is filmed in a Pilates studio with equipment made as close as possible to the original Josef Pilates drawings and where classes are on a one to one basis. I have followed a normal session but chosen to crop the images which hides the identity of both instructor and trained subject.
