Northeast Mexico is made up of semi-desert, desert and arid land, terrain which is difficult for humans to inhabit. The natural landscape is topographically flat, home to an immense variety of flora that has been invaded by unfamiliar constructions necessary for survival. These metal structures are akin to alien spacecraft containing life, only the life inside of these structures is water. Water, life and invasion.
